Moving Stories is for anyone who wants their colleagues, students, team or department to not only talk about diversity and inclusion, but experience it, believe it and find a renewed definition of the diversity spectrum and what you can do to create inclusiveness. To give hands and feet to strategy. To go from awareness to action. To have a concrete starting point to feel the importance of diversity and inclusion. Moving Stories is for everyone brave enough to start a conversation that matters.
Each participant will go through their own personal journey and learnings, but our unique method will ensure a memorable experience that will not end when the program ends; Each of our programs and spin-offs are designed to carefully guide participants towards action that fit their personality, perspectives and context.

A program where participants experience DEI and designed to offer unique and memorableinsights. During the classic experience, participants have the opportunity to talk to Moving Stories who experienced stigma, discrimination and/or exclusion in daily life, with barely any background-story. After these conversations, we facilitate various proven reflection activities on an individual and meta level, adapted to the sector and context of the participants.
OBJECTIVES
The We Moving Stories Organisation writes - in collaboration with our community - case studies that present a deep and thorough description of a DEI challenge in a setting relevant to the context of the participants. These case studies are experienced and written by a Moving Story. After working on the case study, participants have the opportunity to meet, talk and reflect with the featured Moving Story.
