"Living the transformation of the participants and supporting the Moving Stories lets you unleash individual fears and start making conscious decisions beyond biassed interests."

A unique, memorable experience and an opportunity for you to talk to people you normally don't talk to, about topics that are normally not talked about.
About
We have the aim to connect, inspire and educate managers and students on DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and related topics by creating safe spaces to discover and explore prejudice, stigmatisation, stereotyping and exclusion. We believe in the power of conversations. Through our experiential programs we create awareness for the entire diversity spectrum and participants leave with (actionable) personal and organisational learnings for the future.
Moving Stories creates programs and trainings for companies and universities all over the world that want to not only talk about diversity and inclusion, but experience it, be challenged and find a renewed definition of the diversity spectrum and what you can do to create inclusiveness.
A Moving Story is a person that experiences stigmatisation, stereotyping, prejudices, discrimination or exclusion on a daily basis, because of the way they look, their beliefs, past, profession, a certain impairment or how they (choose or have to) to live their life. In order to uncover and challenge our prejudices these people are ready to share their Moving Story with you.
Fostering diversity and inclusion (DE&I) is a top challenge that the entire corporate world is facing. Research shows that it is not only the right thing to do, but the smart thing to do. Diversity pays off.
The main objective of We Moving Stories programs is to help participants to use their own experiences as a lens through which to examine the power of diversity and inclusion in their teams and organisations, its underlying challenges, and how to develop DE&I sensitivity and skills to become a more inclusive leader, inspire others and lead the DEI movement in their organisations.
